This clinical research organization approached us to share our ideas, plan and execute their annual day for 1000 employees. They wanted a colorful celebration. We came up with a Desi theme for this event. The company had just come up with a new tag line, “With Heart”. Extensive prevent was done keeping the theme and this tagline.

Theme based installation, coasters, posters, and danglers added a lot of color to the office space a week before the event. The audio invite created for them had a huge impact. Sports activities were also conducted pre-event. The D-Day saw a great footfall with all the employees dressed in their best. The event concluded with the audience dancing away to the foot-tapping music by a band.
